What is The FitzWay?

Welcome to Fitzgerald Chambersburg Toyota! Here at our dealership we proudly serve drivers in Hagerstown and Watnesboro as well as surrounding areas.  We pride ourselves on customer dealership relationships.  We believe in honest relationships that are built off the needs of our drivers. The term the FitzWay was developed by Fitzgerald Auto Mall, and it defines our business philosophy.  It serves as a positive guideline for the way we do business and treat our customers.  It is our own unique way of doing business that has helped differentiate us from other dealers.  It focuses on three main active ways of doing business:

This philosophy was created by attentively listening to our customer's comments over the years.  These comments include both positive and constructive feedback.  We have taken these comments into great consideration and processed these requests with care.  We have incorporated them into every aspect of our business, from handling customer phone calls to showroom visits to servicing vehicles to handling a customer's questions and requests.

The FitzWay Program

The FitzWay Program is an offered variety of unique consumer-oriented programs designed to make car-buying easier and more understandable.  We have developed programs to help protect our environment including recycling and innovative energy-saving programs.
