At Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, like most businesses across the country, we have had to make significant changes to our day-to-day operations. For us, that means temporarily shutting down vehicle sales and test drives, and waiting for further direction from local and state authorities and the U.S Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Additionally, we know that reliable transportation is still an essential component to the lives of many people here in Chambersburg, and in surrounding communities like Hagerstown, Waynesboro, Gettysburg, Shippensburg, and beyond. To that end, our service center remains open. And while we are reducing our hours (closing at 6:00 pm instead of 9:00 pm), we have expanded our services and are happy to offer pickup-up and drop-off for service and maintenance appointments.

Please contact our service center to schedule an appointment, and we are happy to come to you to pick up your car and drop it back off at your location when service is complete. You're also welcome to bring the car in yourself and wait in our closed showroom for social distancing. We are vigilantly following the cleaning and sanitation guidelines set forth by the CDC. Our facilities are cleaned and sanitized several times every day. This includes doors, doorknobs, desktops, countertops, keyboards, phones, and more.

If you need a loaner vehicle, we are happy to accommodate, with the proper paperwork signed.
